Metal stampings may be the answer to reducing costs of expensive, time consuming, or labor-intensive operations like machining, casting, or forging. Tolerances on stampings are often held within thousandths of an inch, while, depending on the shape and size, some stampings may be produced at speeds of several thousand pieces per hour.

We have Linear transfers on our 1100-ton and our 2000-ton presses which reduce required manpower and provide consistent production of parts.
We have continued investing into automation with the addition of material handling robots on our other 2000-ton press. This investment has reduced cost for our customers.
We have extended our automation with the integration of a 5-axis laser. This will reduce tooling costs for our customers and make engineering changes just a couple of clicks away.
